• Account & Profile Information: Display name, handle, barter preferences, trust score, and trade history.
• Barter Item Listings: Descriptions, conditions, mall meetup preferences, and photos you upload for trade.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction logs for anti-fraud and anti-bot verification.

3. How We Use Your Information

We utilize your personal information exclusively to:

• Authenticate your identity and prevent fraudulent accounts or impersonation.
• Display verified trader badges to increase security and trust between barter partners.
• Facilitate item swap proposals and public meetup coordination.
• Maintain and improve platform performance, security, and spam prevention.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data with third-party advertisers.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We store and process authentication data securely using Supabase (an enterprise-grade PostgreSQL database with encryption in transit and at rest).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your Palix account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated barter data at any time.
